MAROUPI
Maroupi is a family run wedding venue just 2km from Umhlali. Surrounded by sugar cane fields, the venue guarantees privacy in its spectacular gardens, while providing brides with a never-to-be forgotten experience. Maroupi has a chapel on site that seats 150 people, plus an option for a garden wedding that can comfortably seat 250. The reception venue, just a short distance away, can seat 240 people, but is extremely adaptable and works just well for smaller, intimate weddings. Janine Hill, who runs the venue, has over 30 years experience in wedding catering. The food is topnotch and her team of chefs is well-versed in a variety of cooking styles.
