About The Beach House<\/strong>
\nCocktails feature front and centre at newly opened The Beach House restaurant and bar in Umhlanga. Situated in the heart of Umhlanga Rocks, this contemporary, vibey spot generously serves up strong drinks, cool cuisine and good times! Offering a wide selection of unique and authentic cocktails, customers are encouraged to interact with the bartenders, so you feel a part of the entire process \u2013 from glass selection to ingredients and garnish! The restaurant has a funky ocean and beach theme and an award-winning mixologist in the house to whip up your beverage of choice or surprise you with one of his unique hand-crafted drinks.<\/p>\n

The Fallen Siren<\/strong>
\n\"\"You\u2019ll need:
\n<\/strong>50ml good quality tequila, 25ml cinnamon syrup, 25ml orange juice, 25ml lemon juice, \u00bc teaspoon activated charcoal.<\/p>\n

To make:<\/strong>
\nPlace all ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard shake with ice and then strain into a glass filled with ice. Flame cinnamon over the cocktail (check out some Youtube videos on how to do this safely) to garnish and zest with orange peel.<\/p>\n
