To this day, they instil age-old processes and values handed down from generation to generation. Designed for slow, contemplative sipping, their 100% Blue Agave A\u00f1ejo tequila is aged in white oak barrels for 18 to 36 months to provide a sophisticatedly smooth product. El Mayor is made from only the highest quality Weber Blue Agave plants, sweet succulents that thrive in the rocky lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. At about 7,500 feet above sea level, its mineral-rich sandy soil produces the juiciest plants, giving you a taste as warm as Jalisco.
