Fret not. These <strong>air-fried chops<\/strong> are delicious &#8230; and so easy. Perfectly cooked succulent lamb chops, flavoured with fragrant herbs and roasted to perfection in the Defy Airfryer. Served with lashings of herby garlic sauce, all in under half an hour.<br \/>\n<strong>You\u2019ll need:<\/strong> 8 lamb chops; 1 bulb garlic and 2 Tbsp olive oil; 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped; 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped; sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste; another 2 Tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n<strong>To make:<\/strong> Preheat the Defy Airfryer to 200\u00b0C.<br \/>\nThinly coat the garlic bulb with 2 Tbsp of olive oil and put in the basket, set the timer to 12 minutes and 180\u00b0C. Roast the garlic until done.<br \/>\nIn the meantime, make the herb oil by mixing the herbs with some sea salt, pepper, and 2 Tbsp olive oil.<br \/>\nThinly coat the lamb chops with half a tablespoon of herb oil in total and leave them for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nReplace the garlic with four lamb chops in the basket. Set the timer to 5 minutes and 180\u00b0C. Roast until nicely done &#8211; keep an eye on them through the glass viewing window to avoid opening the basket and losing heat. Inside they may still be red or pink.
