Compiled by Rima Geffen, it\u2019s a collection of recipes from volunteers at Greyton Animal Sanctuary, a non-profit farm animal rescue centre, which provides a home for more than 250 animals. Volunteers from around the world – from Azerbaijan to Zambia – spend time at the sanctuary to help with the animals\u2019 care. Every evening, the visiting and resident caregivers take turns to cook a shared meal … and so this carefully curated selection of volunteers\u2019 favourite recipes was born. Farmer Angus organic wine<\/strong>
