Tracey Richardson, the creative force behind Bites of Joy, is proof that sometimes the best things in life come from the most unexpected beginnings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"\u201cI was never into baking,\u201d Tracey admits with a laugh. \u201cBut I took a beginner\u2019s course just for fun, and I was hooked.\u201d From there, her love for detailed decorating blossomed, and she began sharing her creations with family and friends. Before she knew it, her biscuits became the highlight of parties, baby showers and even corporate events.<\/p>\n

When Tracey relocated to Ballito from Middleburg two years ago, she faced the challenge of building a customer base in a new town. \u201cI was scared because I didn\u2019t know anyone,\u201d she admits. \u201cBut the community here has been so supportive. It\u2019s such a friendly place.\u201d In just two years, her reputation for creating beautiful, personalised biscuits has grown significantly.<\/p>\n

Her biscuits aren\u2019t just a treat \u2013 they\u2019re a piece of edible art. From unicorns and cartoon characters for children\u2019s parties to branded biscuits for corporate clients like Woolworths Caf\u00e9 and Est\u00e9e Lauder, Tracey\u2019s designs add a memorable touch to any event.<\/p>\n
