A formative moment came at a youth church camp in the mountains, where she realised her love for art was more than a pastime. \u201cThat was the first time I realised creativity is a gift \u2013 you\u2019re entrusted with it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her path led her into graphic design and advertising, where she worked in a pre-digital era of hand-rendered illustration, packaging and tight deadlines. But by her early twenties, the pressure caught up with her, and burnout forced a change. \u201cI realised I loved it, but it was breaking me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When her IVF doctor suggested she choose between advertising and motherhood, she started her own design studio. Her background in graphic design informs her strong composition, while her subject matter moves between seascapes, landscapes, figures and florals.<br \/>\n\u201cI love seascapes, landscapes, figures, florals \u2013 I don\u2019t want to be limited. My strength is versatility.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now based on the North Coast, she focuses on commissioned work and collaborations with interior designers, creating site-responsive pieces shaped by space and story.
