The name originates from the Afrikaans singer, Adam Tas\u2019 song, Skilpadtepel, which is the name of a farm. A unique gin with notes of juniper, coriander, orange and Chinese pea flower. The Chinese pea flowers\u2019 flavour is supported by a well-rounded nose. It\u2019s dark purple colour changes as soon as it reacts with an acidic base such as from a tonic. This gin pairs well with most tonic waters, but elderflower tonic gives it a very premium taste profile.
