Meet Theodora Grivas, Lyneze Stergos and Marlize Potgieter

Theodora Grivas, an Nqf4 Full Status Property Practitioner with almost 12 years’ experience in the industry, lives out her passion by making a difference in people’s lives through selling houses.
She specialises in all sorts of property, including land, building houses from scratch, new developments and older houses that can be restored… and maybe the odd commercial property as well. Aside from connecting valid buyers with willing sellers, Theodora goes the
extra mile for her clients and colleagues. “I also make it my responsibility to keep on learning and constantly keeping up with the trends in the industry, as knowledge is power.”
Theodora finds job satisfaction when people she has helped reach higher levels in their lives. “I am passionate about people and their dreams. I strive for only the best end result.” When Theodora is not at work, she fulfills the roles of wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend and philanthropist. “I love painting, dancing and singing”. Theodora has sold many artworks in the past and performed on stage many times. She uses her talents to help the underprivileged, like painting the children’s ward at Pelonomi Hospital.
“My mom taught me to never give up on my family. My father taught me that hard work has never killed anyone – it just makes you stronger and younger.”
Lyneze Stergos, real estate agent at Dynpro Properties, is a force to be reckoned with. She takes pride in being an expert in her field. “Real estate professionals help people during major milestones in their lives. Honing your skills as a real estate agent, you will find that you genuinely become knowledgeable and good at what you do. Clients look to you for advice on the market and you’ll know what to tell them.”
For Lyneze, setting goals in her day to day dealings are of utter importance. “Goals bring energy, passion and action to your business.” She also believes in setting high standards for herself and eliminating distractions. Lyneze is driven by her passion – her work life and her family. She enjoys many things that energise her, like going to the gym, participating in
adventure races and taking part in beauty pageants. She is the second runner-up of Mrs Bloemfontein and was a Tammy Taylor Mrs South Africa semi-finalist in 2019. “But what I really enjoy the most, is spending time with my family. To me family is very important
because it provides love, support and a framework of values to each of its members.”
Marlize Potgieter is an intern Property Agent at Dynpro Properties, studying towards becoming a full qualified agent. “I love working with people. In my job I have the opportunity to assist potential buyers and sellers to find the best solution for the best result. I love to see people happy and what better job can there be than seeing that.”
Marlize is extremely hard working and result driven, and challenges excite her! “I believe honesty is very important. I will go the extra mile to ensure a client is happy.”
As a mother, wife, businesswoman, community builder and role model, she is committed to changing the lives of those she comes into contact with. She’s married, and proud mother of three beautiful teenagers. She was crowned as Mrs Bloemfontein in 2017 and during
her year of reign, she worked closely with several charity organisations and provided support where possible. She is currently Mrs united International2019 1st runner-up.
Marlize’s parents have taught her to always work hard for what she wants and to never give up on her dreams.
