Joanita Coetzee is in the accounting industry as a qualified Chartered Accountant. She completed her articles and training in 2007 and got her designation as a qualified Chartered Accountant in 2008.<\/p>\n
Futura Financial Services was established back in the year 2003 and at the time, Coetzee could not have known what the future had in store for her with Futura Financial Services.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom 2008 to 2020, I also managed a recruitment company in Bloemfontein where I learned valuable lessons in interacting with people from different walks of life.<\/p>\n
I am the managing director of Futura Financial Services, which is an accounting practice situated in Bloemfontein with clients in the whole of South Africa and even Dubai, Hong Kong, and Canada. We try to add value to our clients\u2019 businesses daily,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
Coetzee describes that the journey she takes with her clients often leads to friendships that she values dearly and she finds that to be career-defining.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy clients tend to become my friends and it is amazing to walk the journey with them from start-ups, struggling to make ends meet, to well-established businesses contributing to the economy of South Africa. I love my job when clients leave my office with the statement that they can now sleep soundly because they know I\u2019ve got their backs,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n
A positive attitude often leads to positive results, and this is the mind-set that Coetzee keeps on a daily basis. \u201cMy faith in God carries me daily. I also believe you determine your reaction on every challenge. I really try to react positive and see the glass as half full.\u201d<\/p>\n
She describes that being able to make a difference in her client\u2019s lives and being able to give them peace of mind, makes her job enjoyable.<\/p>\n
Apart from being a career-driven woman, she makes time for herself and her loved ones. \u201cI like to spend time with my special people, watching series, painting (or anything creative), and reading. I absolutely love reading and losing myself in a good storybook.\u201d<\/p>\n
