Choose a safe route based on your fitness level and use it as an opportunity to rack up your 10 000 steps. Try the Tsitsikamma National Park and make your way over the famous Storms River suspension bridge<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong><b>Waterparks or public pools:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> As the mercury rises, you\u2019ll be seeking ways to stay cool. This building has the longest nave of any church in South Africa. It is\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hard to miss with the beautiful hues of its stained glass windows.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Find the best ice-cream:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> When they say it gets hot in the Northern Cape, they\u2019re serious &#8211;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">40 degrees is not uncommon. Fill your car with ice-cream connoisseurs and set out to find\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the best soft serves or milkshakes. This could be at a local ice-cream shop, or even heading\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to a new area to try the McDonalds McFlurry you once heard about on a hot summer night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Western Cape<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Museums: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On certain days, many museums are free to enter. Meet at a central spot and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">head out with friends to discover your local museums and find out more about your city. The\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Iziko Museum in Cape Town, which includes the Planetarium, is a must-visit!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Walking tours:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Take advantage of the sunshine and head into Woodstock for the graffiti\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tour, or wait until night falls and join the ghost walk in Simon\u2019s Town, if you dare\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Ronnies Sex Shop<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: An iconic landmark in the Klein Karoo.
