Sylvia Nkomazana is the sales manager at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA). Her role entails interacting with their world-class brands and selling them to their customers.<\/p>\n
\u201cI lead a sales team who are dedicated in getting our brands out there by executing our outlets daily while servicing our customers. I am constantly negotiating with my customers to ensure that I bring value to them, as well as CCBSA,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
Sylvia says her kids and overall family are her biggest motivators in life. \u201cThey keep me grounded and allow me to be me. They are the reason I push harder daily as I try to create a better future for us all,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
She adds that her vision stretches her and keeps her going. \u201cMy mentors motivate me a lot, having people I look up to helps reminding me where I want to be.\u201d<\/p>\n
When asked what some of her biggest achievements are, Sylvia says it definitely is being a mommy to her beautiful 4-year-old twins Dimpho and Didintle. \u201cI count this as more of a blessing than an achievement.\u201d<\/p>\n
She is also proud of the fact that she manages CCBSA\u2019s top four big national accounts and that she can keep the debtors\u2019 book at less than 0,1% overdue balance. \u201cWorking for CCBSA with world-class brands and getting to do what I love every day is one of the biggest achievements for me.\u201d<\/p>\n
She says she has been fortunate enough to work for CCBSA which takes women inclusion very seriously.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe business has been very intentional in its commitment to empower women. We have seen more women in leadership positions in CCBSA and, even better, more women occupying seats at our directorship-level positions,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her twins and family. \u201cI also enjoy going on dates with my husband. I enjoy interior designing and lastly, I enjoy adventurous outdoor activities.\u201d<\/p>\n
