Maak met jou vinger \u2018n holte in die middel. Gooi \u2018n knippie sout daarin. Kraak die eier oop en plaas in die holte van meel. Gebruik \u2018n vurk om die eier liggies deur die meel te roer.<\/p>\n<p>Meng verder alles met jou hande en voeg water by. Dit sal \u2018n deeg vorm. As daar nog water nodig is, gooi druppel vir druppel by totdat dit \u2018n stewige deeg vorm. Knie vir 5 minute. Die deeg moet elasties en ferm wees. Bedek met kleefplastiek en laat rus in yskas vir 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>Deel dan die deeg in twee. Strooi \u2018n bietjie meel oor die oppervlak van die tafel en rol die deeg plat met \u2018n koekroller. Rol dan die deeg deur \u2018n pastamasjien tot die dunste moontlike vel. Plaas op tafel en strooi meel bo-oor. Vat die tweede bol deeg en doen dieselfde.<br \/>\nSny die pasta in repies deur die masjien en meng met \u2018n bietjie meel sodat dit nie aan mekaar plak nie. Kook pasta in soutwater op die stoof tot gaar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sampioene:<\/strong><br \/>\n400 g sampioene; 4 eetlepels botter; 15 ml olyfolie; Halwe teelepel vars tiemie;<br \/>\nhalwe teelepel vars roosmaryn; sout en pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Gooi olyfolie in pan. Braai die sampioene, roosmaryn en tiemie daarin. Gooi sout en<br \/>\npeper by na smaak. Roer die botter by. In plaas daarvan om dit in repies te sny, sny sirkels uit die pasta om Ravioli te maak. Plaas vulsel in middel van die sirkel en sit tweede sirkel bo-oor.\u00a0 Druk die kante vas en smeer met \u2018n bietjie water om te heg. Laat \u2018n pot met water kook en gooi \u2018n knippie sout in. Gooi die pasta-pakkies in totdat dit gaar is.
