\u201cThey give me a wonderful sense of purpose,\u201d says Steven.He mentioned that what one does between 5pm to 8am is as important as what you do from 8am to 5pm.<\/p>\n
\u201cI try get to the gym 2-3 times a week, and physical activity requires careful planning with family commitments, travelling and long hours at work. My weekends are sacrosanct, and Sundays are mostly spent at home relaxing with family.<\/p>\n
I am a sports fan and also enjoy reading when time allows. I love to travel, and I am privileged to be able to take my family away for a few little holiday breaks or long weekends whenever I can,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n
He further states that it is imperative to set boundaries during the week.<\/p>\n
\u201cI do this by not scheduling any meetings before 8am and blocking out my diary from 5:30pm to 7pm. I spend this time with my kids kicking a ball outside, doing puzzles, playing board games, reading, having dinner at the table, and helping them get ready for bed.\u201d<\/p>\n
His wife runs her payroll business from home, and they get to finish their admin in the evenings when there are no disturbances.<\/p>\n
His advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is continue learning, take care of themselves, ignore the pessimists and generally be good people.<\/p>\n
\u201cManners, integrity, work ethic and meaningful relationships never go out of fashion. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. Simple as that,\u201d concludes Steven.<\/p>\n
