Meet Coca-Cola Beverages Financial Planner, Mamosholudi Thapedi. Born and raised in Bloemfontein, she completed her studies at the University of the Free State, before completing her articles with the Office of the Auditor-General.<\/p>\n
Mamosholudi says that she enjoyed Mathematics and Accounting at school and always envisioned herself studying accounting, especially after a chartered accountant visited her high school. Since then she has taken accounting and finances in her stride to be where she is today.<\/p>\n
\u201cSetting goals for myself is the driving force that motivates me,\u201d she says, \u201cto always have in the back of my mind that where I have begun and committed to something I have to see through, no matter the falls along the way. What matters is waking up every day and pushing on.\u201d<\/p>\n
Mamosholudi has a deep appreciation for those who support her, saying: \u201cI realised, having to juggle work, school, and a personal life, that I am very well supported by the people close to me in every single way; whether it be chores, financially, or emotionally \u2013 making sure I don\u2019t get left behind. They know that I love them.\u201d<\/p>\n
Throughout her life, Mamosholudi has had to overcome many obstacles, but she has overcome them all, holding onto words spoken to her by her father. \u201cThere\u2019s something my dad said to me once as a child,\u201d she said, \u201cthat life can never always just be rose petals, it is designed to have good and bad times and the one is just an interlude between the other, and that made sense.\u201d<\/p>\n
Outside of work hours, Mamosholudi enjoys socialising, but with time has also grown to love her space, staying home, and unwinding in front of the TV.<\/p>\n
