\u201cI am a mom of one, and I absolutely love it. My son teaches me so much about myself, the world and he reminds me constantly to slow down and have more fun,\u201d Nsovo mentioned.<\/p>\n
Nsovo is the Regional Finance Manager: Commercial for the Inland region at Coca Cola Beverages SA and is blessed to work in an exciting industry with exceptional people.<\/p>\n
As a finance business partner to the commercial team, and the broader Inland team as a whole, Nsovo\u2019s goal is to fully immerse herself in that specific space, to understand what worries her business partners and keeps them up at night. She does whatever is possible to help address those concerns to move the team in the direction of achieving their business goals.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have lived in five of the nine provinces, having spent my early years in Limpopo, moved to Gauteng, studied in the Western Cape, worked in KwaZulu-Natal, returned to Gauteng and then moved to the Free State a year and a half ago. I love living in Bloemfontein, I love the pace of the city and of course the\u00a0people,\u201d Nsovo said.<\/p>\n
Nsovo was introduced to an occupation as a chartered accountant when she was still in high school. She listened to a talk show interview on MetroFM and the guest was a CA.<\/p>\n
The guest spoke about the interesting work that they do in the mergers and acquisitions space and this intrigued Nsovo.<\/p>\n
\u201cI loved that the career allowed me to be a part of any industry and work in any part of the world due to the standard global principles of accounting,\u201d Nsovo further added.<\/p>\n
Nsovo loves the great outdoors, hiking and simply just taking in the beautiful sights that South Africa has to offer.<\/p>\n
The financial manager recently started a new healthy hobby \u2013 kickboxing. Kickboxing has been so great for both mental de-stressing and working on my fitness but my ultimate indulgence is a spa day. I have to be deliberate about planning the time for these activities and I have started booking them in my diary as I do for all other important work priorities,\u201d she expressed.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have learnt the importance of pausing,\u00a0taking time to stop. It is when I slow down and stop, that often clarity and solutions come to mind,\u201d Nsovo concluded.<\/p>\n
