CPI World, founded in 2005 in a garage with a borrowed laptop, is a true testament to Lize\u2019s resilience and vision.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe company has been growing stronger with each year passing, and it has almost been 20 years now,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
According to her, CPI World provides employment services, accurate staff payments, and payroll credit facilities, revolutionising the employment sphere with innovative solutions. \u201cWe are here to make history and make a mark for our future generations,\u201d she asserts.<\/p>\n
Lize takes pride in the fact that she started her company with no qualifications behind her name, but merely with experience and knowledge that she has taught herself from history and others\u2019 stories.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith all of this I was a single mother raising a daughter, despite the challenges and setbacks I was given. I had something to fight for and that was my power. The rest as they say, is history,\u201d Lize shares.<\/p>\n
Her career was inspired by survival and the drive to overcome her circumstances. \u201cSurvival was the beginning. Inspiration from my journey is what kept me going,\u2019 she reflects. Now, her passion lies in witnessing the positive influence her work has on others.<\/p>\n
As a woman in business, Lize believes in the natural abilities of women to lead, guide, and inspire. \u201cWe have the ability to change the world for the generations to come,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
She emphasises the importance of love, strength, loyalty, and the power to influence, which are critical to building a successful team. \u201cA business is nothing without the team understanding the importance of excellence and influence.\u201d<\/p>\n
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is a priority for her. \u201cFamily and business are a combination that works for me. I believe in family first!\u201d she explains.<\/p>\n
Navigating daily business obstacles is a skill Lize has mastered. \u201cBusiness has daily obstacles. I have learnt to live with it. This is why obstacles are an object that I just move through, it does not deter me at all.\u201d<\/p>\n
Outside of work, Lize enjoys being a private historian, indulging in art, books, travel, and good champagne. \u201cI have time, since time is my own.\u201d<\/p>\n
