A winner\u2019s breakfast should be nutrient-dense, delicious, and satisfying. Chef Fabian recommends dishes like:<\/p>\n

  1. Eggs Benedict;<\/li>\n
  2. Avocado toast with poached eggs; or<\/li>\n
  3. Oatmeal with fresh fruit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Chef Fabian is constantly looking for innovative ways to combine flavours and nutrients. The Kitchen Culture shake combines the antioxidant-rich Moringa powder with protein-packed pea powder, frozen fruits, and creamy milk for a refreshing and healthy treat.<\/p>\n

    Ingredients:
    \n– 1 scoop Pea protein powder
    \n– 1 tsp Moringa powder
    \n– 150g Mixed Berries
    \n– 150g Frozen Pineapple
    \n– 250ml Milk
