    2 cups Laager Citrus & Ginger flavoured Green Rooibos tea (strongly brewed)<\/p>\n

    2 cups tonic water<\/p>\n

    \u00bc cup lemon cordial<\/p>\n

    1 lemon (sliced)<\/p>\n

    \u00bd cup raspberries (frozen) for garnish<\/p>\n

    Method:<\/p>\n

    • In a jar pitcher, mix the cooled tea and tonic together and add the lemon cordial. Mix well.<\/li>\n

        2 Laager Pure Rooibos tea bags<\/p>\n

        Juice of 2 oranges<\/p>\n

        • Brew your Laager Pure Rooibos Tea bags in 400ml boiling water. Allow to cool to room temperature before removing the tea bags.<\/li>\n

        • Split into two glasses filled with ice and top with sparkling water and a slice of fresh orange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \u201cIbtesam is a mum, wife and ex-corporate turned food stylist, lecturer, and content creator with a love for the fine arts, food and a marriage between the two. She is enticing the senses this Valentine\u2019s Day with her Laager Cranberry Cherry Rooibos Mocktail.\u201d<\/p>\n

            Ingredients:<\/p>\n

            1\/2 cup granulated sugar<\/p>\n

            1\/2 cup water<\/p>\n

            1\/2 cup halved cherries<\/p>\n

            2-3 Laager Cranberry & Wild Cherry Rooibos teabags<\/p>\n

            Cranberry flavoured soda<\/p>\n

            1\/4 cup pomegranate rubies<\/p>\n

            Ice cubes<\/p>\n

            Maraschino cherries for garnish<\/p>\n

            Method:<\/p>\n

            For the cherry syrup:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Bring 1\/2 cup water and 1\/2 cup sugar to the boil until sugar has dissolved<\/li>\n
            2. Add cherries and allow to steep for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n
            3. Remove from heat and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              For the tea mix:<\/p>\n

              1. Steep 2-3 Laager Cranberry and Wild Cherry teabags in 400ml boiling water for roughly 5 minutes.<\/li>\n
              2. Remove from heat, remove tea bags, and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                To assemble:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Using a tall glass, paint a strip on the outside with maple syrup and top with crushed Himalayan salt and dried rose petals (optional)<\/li>\n
                2. Add 1\/4 cup cherry syrup, topped with crushed ice and pomegranate rubies.<\/li>\n
                3. Add tea mix and top with cranberry flavoured soda (Fitch and Leeds Cheeky Cranberry was used in this recipe).<\/li>\n
                4. Garnish with glitter-dipped Maraschino cherries and serve cold.<\/li>\n
                5. Repeat for a second glass<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
