Bianca always knew that she wanted to do something dynamic and creative. She needed to work in an environment where ideas come to life and where storytelling connects people.<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel incredibly fortunate to work in an environment where I can bring energy to the OFM brand and see the real impact of a well-executed campaign on both clients and listeners,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n
She explains that challenges are part of the game, as she faces them almost every day.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhether it\u2019s a curveball in a campaign or an unexpected encounter in logistics. I was taught to breathe, think on my feet, and be ready to make a plan, and trust my gut. This has always worked for me.\u201d<\/p>\n
Being a planner and organiser by heart, makes having a routine an important part of her job.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is a mindset. I lean on my family and friends for support and always ensure that I get a bit of me-time. Even if it is a cup of coffee with a friend or a spoil here and there. I remind myself that self-care isn\u2019t a luxury, it is essential,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
When asked what her power outfit is, Bianca boldly states that a colourful, bold blazer, red lips, and a pair of statement earrings is her go to showstopper. \u201cMy red lipstick. It\u2019s my instant confidence booster and secret weapon,\u201d she expresses.<\/p>\n
For her, being a woman who means business means showing up wholeheartedly and doing the work.\u00a0 She encourages women to trust their worth, all while embracing their voice, and celebrating both the big wins and the quiet victories.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere\u2019s nothing better than a good local market outing in Bloemfontein. I love being among people; it refills my cup. I also ensure that I make time for my family and friends, if something is important to you, you find a way to make time for it,\u201d Bianca concludes.<\/p>\n
