He spends much of his time building relationships on digital platforms while finding creative ways to assist businesses in reaching their goals.<\/p>\n<p>Despite entering a new field, he believes the foundation of his work remains unchanged, namely putting people first. \u201cI have always tried to assist clients to the best of my abilities. I genuinely want to help people find solutions to their problems,\u201d he shares.<\/p>\n<p>Neethling\u2019s journey to this point has not followed a straight line. After finishing high school, he pursued his passion for cricket and spent a gap year playing club cricket in England. Returning to South Africa, he found himself navigating uncertainty before eventually entering the motor industry, where he learned valuable lessons through hands-on experience. \u201cWhen I came back home, I didn\u2019t have many options, so I started working in the motor industry and learned as I went,\u201d he recalls.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Neethling defines success less by titles or achievements and more by the ability to create balance, support loved ones, and positively impact others. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family, and friends. A passionate sports fan, he also enjoys going to the gym and occasionally training in boxing.<\/p>\n<p>For young men trying to find direction in life and work, Neethling believes discipline matters more than temporary motivation. \u201cKeep your head down, work hard, and try your best to find something you are passionate about,\u201d he says. \u201cMost importantly, choose discipline over motivation.
