It should be light and fluffy. Transfer to a glass and refrigerate. Add 150g avocado flesh (1 med-large avo) and 2 teaspoons of lime juice. Blend until the oil and avo are well combined. Serve on toast or even as a dip. Keep the avo butter in the fridge for three days.
