\u201cI\u2019ve always believed that numbers tell a story, but people are the heart behind every business,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
That belief led her into accounting and hospitality, creating a space for people to connect and celebrate.<\/p>\n
No two days look alike. Her mornings start with coffee, prayer and planning before client meetings, consulting and overseeing her practice, while managing her restaurant. \u201cIt keeps me busy, but I love the variety.\u201d<\/p>\n
Joanita says her people-first approach sets her apart. \u201cI lead with integrity, authenticity and genuine care. I don\u2019t just want people to succeed financially, I want them to feel supported, valued and empowered.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cTaking the leap into business ownership changed everything,\u201d she says. \u201cIt taught me resilience, courage and the importance of trusting God even when the path isn\u2019t easy.\u201d<\/p>\n
She defines success as purpose, values and helping businesses grow. Faith remains her anchor. \u201cBelieve in yourself before anyone else does.\u201d<\/p>\n
Despite running two businesses, Joanita prioritises balance. \u201cI\u2019ve learnt that I can\u2019t pour from an empty cup.\u201d<\/p>\n
She prefers sneakers, coffee with meaningful conversations, quality time with her loved ones and a beautiful sunset.<\/p>\n
