It\u2019s the ultimate sweet-sticky glaze!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cooking time:180min<br \/>\nServing: 4<br \/>\nIngredients: 13<\/p>\n<p>YOU WILL NEED:<br \/>\n2 racks of Lamb Staanribs<br \/>\nYoU WiLL neeD: fOR the BaStiNG SaUCe<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. (30 ml) oil<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. (15 ml) rosemary; chopped<br \/>\n2 tsp. (10 ml) chilli fl akes<br \/>\n1 Onion; chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd Cup (125 ml) butter<br \/>\n3-4 Garlic cloves; minced<br \/>\n1 Cup (250 ml) tomato sauce<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Dijon mustard<br \/>\n\u00bc Cup (60 ml) malt vinegar<br \/>\n\u00bc Cup (60 ml) Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 \u00bd Cup\/can (375 ml) Coca-Cola<br \/>\nSalt and ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>METHOD:<br \/>\nPlace ribs in a sandwich grid, as per packet instructions, braai according<br \/>\nto instructions, about 3 hours over coals until the fat has rendered and<br \/>\ncrisped.<\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in a saucepan, saut\u00e9 rosemary, chilli fl akes, onion and<br \/>\nseasoning until softened. Stir through butter, garlic, tomato sauce,<br \/>\nmustard, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Coca-Cola.<br \/>\nBring to the boil, reduce heat to a simmer, stirring often until the sauce<br \/>\nhas thickened.<\/p>\n<p>Adjust seasoning, allow cooling.
