We’re loving the new, sharp Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic. With just a hint of bitterness, it’s brilliant with gin, vodka or tequila, but just as enjoyable on its own, with loads of ice and a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of thyme.  Or try it with Hope on Hopkins African Botanical Gin, with a few muddled summer berries and mint.
