The African Journey

Glamorous, vintage-style posters of iconic places.

The African Journey is a collection of 18 gorgeous, vintage-style poster prints of some of Africa’s most iconic destinations … from Cape Town , Kruger and the Karoo to Etosha, Victoria Falls and Zanzibar. Designed and illustrated by the massively talented Duncan Butchart, they’re in the lingé claire style of Hergé, creator of Tintin, and are reminiscent of the glamorous posters used by travel agents in the 1950s and 60s. We’re starting a collection of places where we’ve been (and maybe where we plan to go, too) … and they make exceptional gifts for international visitors or friends living far from home. They’re sold unframed, and cost R300, R600 and R1200 for A3, A2 and A1 posters respectively.            Details: dbnatureworks.com
