Guests were treated to a delicious three course meal at the launch of the Distell Inter Hotel Challenge 2020 at the Durban International Convention Centre (on Wednesday, March 4)
The aim of the competition is to train, uplift and nurture staff in the hospitality industry.
The national finals take place in Cape Town in August and triumphant trainee chefs, sommeliers, bakers and baristas will walk away with fabulous prizes as well as work experience opportunities at world-renowned establishments.
