Beat the morning rush
Getting ready in the morning can be chaotic, with little time to make a great breakfast. But instead of skipping it altogether, why not prepare it the night before so you can grab it on the way out? We’ll even give you a zero-effort recipe from @herbalifesouthafrica to help.
Banana cream and almond overnight oats
- 1 Scoop (13 g) Formula 1 Banana Cream Flavoured Shake Mix • 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix • 1 scoop Multifibre • 40 g rolled oats • ½ tbsp chia seeds • 1 tbsp almond butter • 1½ tsp vanilla extract • 100ml almond milk • 1½ tsp vanilla extract • Toppings (optional): ½ tbsp chopped almonds, ½ banana, sliced, blueberries
Combine all the ingredients (except for the toppings) in a jar and mix. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. To serve, remove from the fridge and add your toppings.
