Edible craft…

How we love a sweet treat, and how we love Edible Craft Patisserie even more! Nestled in the Valley of 1000 Hills, inside of Phezulu Safari Park, this is the brainchild of pastry chef Sean Mann and business partner, Grace, who are on a mission to become Durban’s premier pastry shop, offering, they say, the best and almost too-good-to-eat desserts and pastries. Recently returned from the UK where he headed a team that supplied the likes of the English Premier League Football teams, The Cheltenham Festival and the Grand National, Sean is determined to bring something different to the table. At the mo, they offer a pre-order service to collect (local deliveries can be arranged) and we suggested you take full advantage.. Details: 082 855 0259 or e-mail [email protected].
