Run to show true altruism. Save Saturday, June 4, for a wildly exciting 5km fun run/walk hosted by the Organ Donor Foundation in conjunction with Hero777, SANBS, KZN  Transplant Sports Association and KZN Eyebank. Kicking off at Morewood Farm, 64a Springside Road, Hillcrest (a venue well worth exploring), registration is at 8am, runners hit the track at 10am and walkers set off soon afterwards. For littlies who can’t manage 5km, there is a shorter 2km trail to enjoy.  Take selfies at the event, post to your own page and tag @hero777 and the @Organ Donor Foundation – there are spot prizes up for grabs. There’s no cost for participants, but donations are welcomed.  Free t-shirts to the first 350 who arrive and sign up as an organ and tissue donor. Go on, make a day of it in the name of life-saving organ and tissue donation.
