Rotary Club of Hillcrest Mother’s Day Tea

Saturday, 7 May saw 85 people enjoy a very entertaining morning with a varied programme of events held at Mode de Vie on the Le Domaine Estate

Programme Director for the Mother’s Day Tea was Greg Wallis a well-known fashion stalwart. Greg lead the audience through a fashion show presented by Calypso from Lillies Quarter, giving everyone useful advice on what to look for when choosing garments to encahnce their personality.

The morning was opened by girls from Fulton High School with their special brand of entertainment.  Two of the Fulton girls shared how important their mothers were in their life. Pupils from the School had also decorated the goodie bags that each guest received, this was in addition to the individual servitte ring made by the pupils for the guests.

Odette Swift the Principal of the School thanked The Rotary Club of Hillcrest for organising the event whilst converting her gratitude to the guests for their support. She emphazied that the School provides specialized teaching for the children attending the School.

Peach Piche closed the morning off by introducing the guests to her “Drinkerbell” project, which helps to protect individuals from having their drink spiked in a social setting.
