It was nothing short of a wedding wonderland at the Pavilion Shopping Centre’s recent East Meets West Bridal Fair. Boasting all kinds of bridal action, from the fashion shows produced by Roberta Alessandri Events and Models to more than 40 exhibitors throughout the mall. The two-day event garnered crowds from around Durban and the highlight – the grand prize of a wedding valued at more than R150 000 including a wedding venue, photoshoot, bridal wear, Décor Hire and a bridal package – was won by Jenette Govender and her fiancé Sefton Murugan. The couple were grateful for the financial weight lifted off their shoulders in the build-up to their big day earmarked for early 2023.
