What a delight to be invited to join owners Nikos and Jacqui Itopoulos and their fantastic team for a Champagne and Tapas evening which served as the soft rebranding launch of Olive and Oil Hillcrest. It was a brilliant evening boasting champagne and oysters on arrival, craft beer and gin on tap, a beautiful assortment of wine and live music by talented songbird Amy White. There was also an array of mouth-watering tapas for guests to sample from the restaurant’s new menu, which has a modern Mediterranean twist. The venue’s exquisite refurbishment was tackled by Sculpt Spaces and Sevy Construction who brought to life the owners’ vision of a spacious and elegant dining venue with a tasteful new kiddies area for parents dining with children to enjoy.
