A magnificent line-up of young talent will be showcased this Saturday at The Playhouse in Durban
A significant sector of The Playhouse Company mandate in serving the broader community of KwaZulu-Natal is focused on nurturing the skills and interest for the Arts among our Youth.
The Company’s School-based music programmes have long been designed as breeding grounds for South Africa’s rich musical heritages. They provide pathways for musical careers in the industry, also creating platforms where many of our country’s leading musicians are first discovered, while honing their love for their craft.
In recognition of the importance of music in the development of children, The Playhouse Company is proud to present All Stars Shine, a showcase for KZN Schools Talent is a celebration of the diversity of musical cultures that South Africa offers. Directed by Natalie Rungan, this production will be presented at The Playhouse on 20 August, starting at 14h00. Tickets are R50, available at WebTickets.
