Compass Medical Waste Services hosted an emotional and inspiring launch of their 2026 Compass Cares Charity Calendars at their Westville offices. The event spotlighted the mission behind the 17-year-old initiative, founded by Ian and Judy du Randt, to turn everyday items into powerful tools for animal welfare. The sale of the new editions, Alley Cats and Wild Wonders, support a network of registered animal-focused NPOs across KZN. Wild Wonders is a tribute to the late wildlife photographer Marc de Chalain, while Alley Cats honours Skabenga, the beloved Oyster Box Hotel mascot that died this year.
