Clementino Prosecco Smash<\/strong><\/p>\n Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 50ml Ginato Clementino Gin<\/p>\n 20ml Sugar syrup<\/p>\n 20ml Lemon juice<\/p>\n 50ml Mionetto Prosecco<\/p>\n Mix one cup of sugar with one cup of water and bring to the boil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Cook at a rapid simmer until the mixture thickens slightly (about 8 minutes). Remove from heat and add one tablespoon of vanilla essence.
