An elegant Bordeaux-style white<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking for a fine wine this month, you won\u2019t do much better than the newly released Constantia Glen TWO 2019<\/strong>, an elegant, white Bordeaux-style blend from the top tier, family owned Constantia boutique wine estate.<\/p>\n

This vintage has already garnered rave reviews from leading local and international wine commentators. \u00a0And no wonder. It\u2019s a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (67 percent), which lends acidity and backbone, and S\u00e9millon (33per cent) which contributes to the waxy weight, richness and texture. \u00a0Winemaker Justin van Wyk suggests pairing this with dishes like grilled Kingklip with salsa verde, or lightly seared green asparagus and buffalo mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto.
