Ingredients<\/strong>
\n2 tablespoons (30ml) Bloedlemoen Gin
\n4 teaspoons (20ml) Dry vermouth
\n2\u00bd teaspoons (12,5ml) lemon juice
\n15ml raspberry syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup boiling water and 10 raspberries. Shake to dissolve sugar, then chill)
\n20ml egg white (Pro tip: The lemon will start to \u201ccook\u201d the egg.)
\nEdible flower, for serving<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong>
\n1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker, and shake thoroughly
\n2. Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass. Serve with an edible flower.<\/p>\n
