Melt chocolate and butter together and mix until fully combined.\u00a0 Sift in the cocoa powder and stir to mix.\u00a0In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract with an electric beater until light in colour and frothy, about 3-5 minutes.\u00a0 Add the warm chocolate mixture and stir to combine.\u00a0 Sieve in the flour and salt and mix gently to ensure all the flour is incorporated.
