Yoga instructor Nosizwe Mji played host to the morning that took guests through mental wellness matters, a guided meditation walk, an outdoor yoga sequence, a movement class, and a session on healthy eating. The overall aim was to encourage people to power themselves with the tools they need to be physically and mentally well.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-29196 gallery-columns-3
