Pepper, to taste<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n2-3 Tbsp Olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Sour cream, to serve<br \/>\nChopped chives, to serve<br \/>\nLemon wedges, to serve<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large mixing bowl, add the salmon, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, dill, chives, salt &amp; pepper, eggs and mix well (if the mixture is looking too wet, add a few more breadcrumbs).<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and add tablespoonfuls of the mixture to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden.<\/li>\n<li>Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.<\/li>\n<li>Serve the fritters with dollops of sour cream, chopped chives and lemon wedges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>This recipe was supplied by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rediscoverdairy.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rediscover Dairy<\/a>, an initiative of the consumer education project of Milk SA\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We love our salmon, and these fritters will have your guests going crazy for them too&#8230;
