Motion Tronic recently handed over two boxes filled with items needed for rape comfort bags to The Jes Foord Foundation following a staff collection campaign during the month of August in support of their Handbag Project.<\/p>\n

The Handbag Project relies on the support of the community to donate new or used handbags containing items that can assist a rape victim during the initial reporting process at the police.<\/p>\n

\u201cThanks to Motion Tronic team we were able to hand over two boxes filled with the required items needed to fill each comfort bag \u2013 such as facecloths, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, deodorant, panties, sanitary pads, tissues, notebooks, colouring-in crayons and books,\u201d says Bradley Douglas \u2013 Motion Tronic Director.<\/p>\n

The Jes Foord Foundation makes up and distributes an average of four hundred rape comfort bags monthly.\u00a0 \u201cThank you to the Motion Tronic team for their support and generosity,\u201d says Trish Gabb from the Jes Foord Foundation.<\/p>\n
