Coming out tops was the 2019 Tokara Multi Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil \u2026 all fresh green olive fruit, wild rocket and butter lettuce, finishing off with walnut and spicy notes. It\u2019s excellent as a baste for free range, well-matured steak, and works well in dips and salads \u2026 and for a true feast, all you need is fresh ciabatta drizzled with this oil, thin slices of mature cheddar and freshly ground salt.
