We love using this salty cheese as the base for a smooth and creamy dip \u2013 and it\u2019s even more delicious paired with freshly roasted baby potatoes. A fabulous snack for relaxed dining with your friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>225g feta cheese, crumbled<br \/>\n\u00bc cup plain Greek yoghurt<br \/>\n2 tablespoons African Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\nFreshly ground black pepper, to taste<br \/>\n450g baby potatoes, washed and halved<br \/>\n2 tablespoons African Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil<br \/>\nSalt and pepper, to taste<br \/>\nFresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix the baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven at 180\u00b0C until golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>While your potatoes are cooking, place the rest of your ingredients into a blender and blitz up into a thick paste.<\/li>\n<li>Place your whipped feta into a bowl and serve alongside the crispy roast potatoes. Or keep it simple and use as a tasty dip for chips.<\/p>\n<p>2 large red bell peppers<br \/>\n15ml cumin seeds<br \/>\n30ml coriander seeds<br \/>\n10ml fennel seeds<br \/>\n15ml paprika<br \/>\n15ml smoked paprika<br \/>\n15ml dried chili flakes<br \/>\n6 garlic cloves, peeled<br \/>\n200g tomatoes, peeled and chopped<br \/>\n2-3 fresh red chillies<br \/>\n60ml African Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil<br \/>\nSalt and pepper, to taste<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Halve the peppers, scoop out the seeds and place on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with a dash of olive oil before placing under the grill at a high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Grill the peppers for 10 \u2013 15 minutes, or until the skin has charred and the flesh is soft.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and allow to cool before peeling the blackened skin off the pepper pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, dry fry your cumin, coriander and fennel seeds. Once toasted, blitz together in a spice grinder (or with a mortar and pestle) until finely ground.<\/li>\n<li>Place all the ingredients together into a blender and blend until fine. You won\u2019t be able to stop dipping into this olive-and-herb packed bread dip \u2013 and not only is it very moreish, but it\u2019s sensationally simple to make.<\/p>\n<p>1 cup African Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil<br \/>\n\u00bd cup Kalamata olives, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup green olives, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 teaspoons Egyptian dukkah<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n1 teaspoon smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\nCrusty ciabatta bread, to serve<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix all the ingredients (except for the bread) in a bowl and allow to stand for at least an hour before serving.
