As the founder of Flair Accounting, Heather has spent over two decades helping business owners feel confident, capable and in control of their finances. Her journey began with a choice between creativity and commerce – a full bursary to study any art form or a self-funded accounting degree. \u201cI chose numbers,\u201d she says, \u201cbut always knew I wanted to bring people into the equation.\u201d<\/p>\n
After serving her articles in Johannesburg, Heather launched Flair Accounting in Durban in 2003 at just 23 years old. Her goal? To build a practice that empowered entrepreneurs, simplified finance and proved that accounting could be both personal and powerful.<\/p>\n
