The event spotlighted the mission behind the 17-year-old initiative, founded by Ian and Judy du Randt, to turn everyday items into powerful tools for animal welfare. The sale of the new editions, <em>Alley Cats <\/em>and <em>Wild Wonders<\/em>, support a network of registered animal-focused NPOs across KZN. <em>Wild Wonders<\/em> is a tribute to the late wildlife photographer Marc de Chalain, while <em>Alley Cats <\/em>honours Skabenga, the beloved Oyster Box Hotel mascot that died this year.
