Start slow, build up your pace, breathe deeply, swing your arms and focus on the rhythm of your steps.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mood boost:<\/em> Clears your mind and reduces anxiety.<\/p>\n<p>Power squats \u2013 15 reps x 2<\/p>\n<p>Stand with feet hip-width apart.
