Since opening its doors in 1985, Tate, Nolan &\u00a0 Knight has built its reputation on guiding clients through these important life moments. Today, the firm is powered by a team of 20 women working across conveyancing, deceased estates, administration, marketing and management, with many holding senior leadership positions. \u201cPeople often see the legal documents, but they don\u2019t always see the people behind them,\u201d says Mitisha Naidu, Senior Associate and Head of Conveyancing.<\/p>\n

Former receptionist Sonja Smuts has spent the past seven-and-a-half years growing her career with the firm. Now a Deceased Estates Paralegal, she compassionately supports families during some of life\u2019s most difficult times. Alongside her professional journey, she has achieved an inspiring personal milestone, losing 53kg through dedication and perseverance.<\/p>\n
Senior Paralegal Shamela Dookchan brings more than 35 years of conveyancing experience, including the past 15 years at TNK. Affectionately known as the firm\u2019s \u2018Share Block Queen\u2019, she\u2019s recognised for both her technical expertise and willingness to mentor colleagues.<\/p>\n
