Crafted from cool climate grapes, this MCC has depth of flavour, elegance and complexity from spending more than five years on the yeast lees before disgorgement. The fine, consistent mousse interplays with aromas of freshly baked brioche, fresh apples and a hint of lemon blossom, typical of Chardonnay. Delicate bubbles explode in your mouth upon entry leaving you with mouth filling flavours of toasted almonds, freshly buttered toast, notes of lemon and lime preserve and crisp minerality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Find the dashing Tokara MCC in its unique Butterfly bottle, specially designed to lend gravitas and sophistication.
