Cover for 45 minutes and then gently fold the mixture over.<\/p>\n<p>Cover AGAIN and leave for 30 minutes. Fold the mixture a second time. Re-cover the mixture for 30 minutes. Pour mixture onto a well floured surface and divide mixture in half to make two loaves. Carefully lift onto a baking tray lined with banking paper. Place in over preheated to 230 degrees celsius. Cook for 25 minutes.
